We have a Full Moon Eclipse in Taurus this week on October 28 in the USA. Full Moons are a great time to do forgiveness work, release the past and anything in your life that you no longer need or want. Expect the energy of the week to be edgy, due to the eclipse. Eclipses have a way of sweeping people or things out of your life, whether you are ready for it or not. What’s the best thing you can do? Lean in and focus on letting go. What were you dealing with 2 years ago? Reflect on that, as well.

My granddaughter is in middle school and plays volleyball with other 7th grade girls. I’ve enjoyed attending all of her games and love both skill and the camaraderie that these young women bring to each game. They are totally about supporting each other and cheering each other on. When A’s team is playing, another team of older students leads cheers from the bleachers. The team spirit is so contagious! Soon, the parents and siblings of the girls are joining in and cheer on the team, as well!

This New Moon is a Solar Eclipse in Libra and hits the US at 1:55 PM Eastern. Since the sign is Libra, we are being asked to take a look at our relationships, including how we interact with others, how we communicate and any old habits that are outdated. Eclipses have a way of helping us “detox” a situation or have a difficult conversation about a relationship that is weighing us down.

Previously, my husband Steve and I would host small groups twice a month. We called them “Messages from Spirit” and he would connect with your loved ones and friends on the Other Side and give you evidence or proof that there is life after death here on earth. I connect with your Angels and Guides and give you a short message of encouragement, support or healing.

LR in New Mexico wrote to schedule a reading and here are my notes from my intuitive guidance reading. Her guides included affirmations, which I recorded for this dear client, who was experiencing some physical concerns. Archangel Raphael also came through with some guidance and a reminder to call on him for any special needs.

As I read Marianne Williamson I remember her words: “return to love.” Almost 12 years ago, I heard Michael Beckwith of Agape in Los Angeles lead his group on a meditation for manifesting and he instructed us to go back to a place of unconditional love. “Tap into that love, that wonderful place and, from that place, begin to dream and design your life,” he suggested.

Well, for me that is a time when my Granny lived 7 houses down the block and I spent a lot of time at her house. Many times, I would ride my skateboard down to her house, get a casserole or something and fly back home. I spent many Friday nights down there, too, hosting slumber parties for friends or cousins.

Lucy Delics (AKA Emma Lucy Shaw) has created a stunning black and white deck that captures tarot archetypes woven with spiritual symbols, plant medicines and Peruvian images. Delics worked for over three years on the creation of this deck, utilizing the plant medicines ayahuasca and huachuma and connecting with her guides, high up in the Andes mountains of Peru. A few years ago, our daughter invited us to join her for a concert with Stevie Wonder. Steve was so jazzed, as he’s followed the prolific musician and humanitarian since he was in high school. (And who doesn’t love a 25X Grammy Winner from our generation?)

Although I’ve seen him on TV countless times, this was my first concert with Stevie. I was impressed by his demeanor, his gentleness, his mastery and his sense of humor.

Last week for my daily card draw, I drew the card “Petalite” from Colette Baron-Reid’s Crystal Oracle Deck. I was not really familiar with this crystal, so I enjoyed reading about it. It's a beautiful crystal that comes in pink, white, gray or mixed colors. Reminds me a little of Moonstone.

In Colette’s guidebook, she shared that Petalite supports us and provides:

“The ability to detach, the Observer, the impersonal quality of the Universe.”

Your birth chart or natal chart is like a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment of your birth, taken from the exact place where you were born. The heavens are imprinted on you and this is the person you are inside. This is your essence. And this is the magic of astrology.

After a prayer to open the session, I asked MT if she had ever been introduced to one of her angels or guides. When she said, “No,“ I made a request and a being with a beautiful, feminine energy came in. She said she was a Goddess, here to help MT with this next chapter of her life. She said MT could call her “Flora” and showed herself to me as a beautiful blonde woman. Full of grace, humility and kindness. She reminded me of a Botticelli maiden.

You know those relationships that irritate you, trigger you or just bug the living daylight out of you? Maybe it’s a sister, your father or a co-worker. Maybe it’s an Ex- or someone who is not even in your daily life.

These relationships can be huge areas for healing, when we allow them to be. With a little guidance from Spirit, we can look into a relationship and see all of the aspects: good, bad and ugly!

The card I drew yesterday from the Osho Zen deck was #8 Courage. Usually called the Strength card in other decks, it's interesting how this deck focuses in on "Courage". Key words are courage, calmness, quiet and graceful leadership.
