Past Life Readings
Many times, past lives are a springboard for understanding our current problems. You can use a past life reading to help with fear and phobias, relationship difficulties, health problems and blockages in such areas as abundance and creativity. In many cases, chronic pain or unexplained pain are also linked to past lives.
You might have a specific life or memory that you want to explore, whether it is your most recent past life or one from another era. Although I cannot promise to bring through a specific life, I will ask your Guides and Angels for clarity and healing. Sometimes, a client just wants to know about a life that would heal a relationship or shine light on a current situation.
We may encounter evidence of people and circumstances in your present life that played key roles in a past life or lives. We may find that you were struggling in a similar way in the past life. You may learn about being hurt by someone who also plays a role in your current life. Through these details, there is a type of healing that transpires. This is where a past life reading becomes present life healing.
In 2005, I read a book by Dr. Michael Newton called Journey of Souls. In the book, he shared stories of clients who came to him for a type of hypnosis that is called past life regression. When one client spontaneously journeyed to the soul plane near the end of one session, Dr. Newton worked with other clients to perfect a type of session he came to call “Life between Lives” regression. Not only did he discuss these sessions extensively, but Dr. Newton also talked about reincarnation and karma and the cycle of life here on earth in this book. These concepts were new to me, as a practicing Christian and I had a real awakening as I read the book. It really opened a door for me to ask questions about my life, my journey, and my purpose for this life.
When I decided to take hypnosis training, I trained with a couple who operated a transpersonal hypnosis school on the East Coast. Dr. Allen Chips and his wife Dee worked with Dr. Newton to create the curriculum for his training in past life regression and Life Between Lives explorations. I added a module on Past Life Regression during this initial week-long training. I began regressing clients in past life sessions in 2006 and returned to take the Life Between Lives training later that year. I’ve also taken past life workshops with both Dr. Brian Weiss and Denise Linn. Later, I trained with David Quigley in Somatic Hypnosis. I continued offering hypnosis and regression sessions until the Covid lockdown in 2020.
In some of my Tarot classes I would teach different spreads for divining guidance on different situations and topics. One of the most popular was a past life spread. During the Covid lockdown, I began to experiment more with this spread and created a past life reading that I could facilitate on Zoom.
During a reading, I use cards as a tool to connect with your guides and angels and bring through a past life that you lived previously.
I have experienced many interesting and healing past life readings with clients. One client was a massage therapist and wanted to know about a life she had might have had as a healer. Her guides showed me a life where she began healing the people in her village at a very young age. She would go into nature and select berries and plants for potions and then go rest against a tree to recharge herself. At the end of the session, she shared that she has spent hours and hours sitting against trees in this current lifetime. The past life reading also confirmed for her an interest she had in studying more about essential oils and other remedies from Mother Nature.
Once I had scheduled a past life reading for a long-time mentoring client who was going through chemotherapy. On the day of the session, she texted me to say that she wasn’t feeling strong enough to sit for her phone reading. She asked if I could do the reading without her and send her the audio recording.
The reading that came through was strong and clear. When she listened to it a few days later, she texted me to say that it resonated with her on a very deep level.
It really doesn’t matter if you are sitting in front of me or listening on the phone or Zoom with me or waiting in your home thousands of miles away: Spirit still communicates with me. Your Guides & Angels work with my Guides to bring through a past life memory that you most need to hear about on that day, at this point on your journey.
