Full Moon in Taurus Lunar Eclipse

We have a Full Moon Eclipse in Taurus this week on October 28 in the USA. Full Moons are a great time to do forgiveness work, release the past and anything in your life that you no longer need or want.  Expect the energy of the week to be edgy, due to the eclipse. Eclipses have a way of sweeping people or things out of your life, whether you are ready for it or not.  What’s the best thing you can do?  Lean in and focus on letting go.  What were you dealing with 2 years ago?  Reflect on that, as well.

To find out where the energy of this Full Moon in Taurus will impact your life, look at your Natal Chart and make a note of where Taurus is.  For me, as a Gemini Rising, Taurus falls into my 12th House, so this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse will touch on my fears, spirituality, self-sabotage, secrets and dreams.

Here is a list of where the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse might impact your life, by Rising Sign:

  • Aries Rising: In the 2nd house, the eclipse prompts a reassessment of values and material possessions.

  • Taurus Rising: This eclipse in your 1st house emphasizes a reevaluation of self and image.

  • Gemini Rising: In the 12th house, this eclipse emphasizes fears, spirituality, secrets and introspection.

  • Cancer Rising: The eclipse in the 11th house brings attention to social networks and aspirations.

  • Leo Rising: In the 10th house, the eclipse highlights career and public standing.

  • Virgo Rising: The eclipse in the 9th house emphasizes personal beliefs, higher learning, and broader horizons.

  • Libra Rising: In the 8th house, this eclipse brings focus to shared resources and deeper commitments.

  • Scorpio Rising: The eclipse in the 7th house emphasizes relationships and partnerships.

  • Sagittarius Rising: In the 6th house, the eclipse highlights daily routines, health, and service.

  • Capricorn Rising: The eclipse in the 5th house brings attention to personal expression, children, and romantic endeavors.

  • Aquarius Rising: In the 4th house, this eclipse emphasizes home and family dynamics.

  • Pisces Rising: The eclipse in the 3rd house brings focus to communication and immediate connections.

For this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, I pulled a card from a deck called Earthly Souls & Spirits Moon Oracle by Terri Foss.  Card:  LIGHT, with key words: Illuminating - Vivid - Cleansing.

The guidance recommends:

Call upon the luminous moon as it is waxing into fullness. This powerful glowing energy will drift down and envelope you in a cozy blanket.
Allow secure feelings and relaxing thoughts to radiate throughout your entire body. Realize what you need to cleanse yourself
of any heaviness or hardship. Move into the light instead of the darker side. Your moon meditation will inspire you
while lifting you into lightness.

Step away, take a short break, regroup, let go,
reset and rejuvenate. Let the nourishing light
soak in and shine on you.

So, take some time to journal, pull a few cards and make note of the guidance that the Divine wants to share with you for this eclipse. A Full Moon is also a good time to put out crystals or water under the soft rays of the feminine luminary.

From My Client Files

Dear PJ:
Hi, as you may have seen on FaceBook, my husband and I recently moved to a new part of the country.  We are really feeling lost, and I think I may be grieving my life in Texas. I’d like to schedule a grief session and work through some of these issues.
Can you help me?

Thanks,

AB in California

I scheduled a series of 2 grief sessions with AB and we met by Zoom.  At first, I listened to her relate details of the move, the fact that she is closer to one grown son, and farther away from the other son and his family. I shared some EFT tapping to feel and release some of the guilt, pain and grief. We also did a short meditation, where I showed AB how to use breathing to move through the feelings that come up. We also talked about some essential oils and crystals that will also support her during this time.

I followed up with notes from our session, including oracle cards that I pulled for additional support, another book I recommended and several apps for meditation.  In a few days, I also sent the audio recording of the complete session.

AB wrote me a few weeks later:

Thanks, PJ!  I feel lighter and brighter after our session and using EFT!  I’ve also downloaded the Insight Timer app you recommended, and it is helping me, too!

Thanks so much,

AB

How would you like your own personal Grief Session?  I usually recommend at least two sessions to start and will send you a copy of my book Navigating Grief with Grace when you book this series. Click here and schedule your Grief Sessions with PJ:
